We’re hope love your Boom Home Medical products. But don’t worry if there is an issue, all returnable items can be sent back for a full refund. Get started with a return or exchange by contacting us at support@boomhomemedical.com.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the overall cost of your purchase, your shipping address, and the shipping type you have requested. All prices below are listed in USD.

• $8.95 flat shipping rate anywhere in the continental US

• Free nationwide shipping on orders over $60

• Express shipping is $15 for UPS 2nd Day Air and is available only to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States.

• International shipping rates apply

Where we ship

At this time, we ship only to US and Canadian addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii). Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship to US territories (including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa) or internationally beyond Canada – although we’re working to expand to these areas soon.
