MY ORDER

Please note that it may take up to two business days to process and ship orders sent by standard shipping. Orders placed weekdays before 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET will ship same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. If the item that you have ordered is out of stock, an updated expected shipping date will be shown on the product purchase page. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We’re so sorry if your Boom Home Medical products arrived in anything less than perfect condition. Contact us at support@boomhomemedical.com and we can initiate a full refund or send a replacement product immediately.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the overall cost of your purchase, your shipping address, and the shipping type you have requested. All prices below are listed in USD. • $8.95 flat shipping rate anywhere in the continental US • Free nationwide shipping on orders over $60 • Express shipping is $15 for UPS 2nd Day Air and is available only to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. • International shipping rates apply

At this time, we ship only to US and Canadian addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii). Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship to US territories (including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa) or internationally beyond Canada – although we’re working to expand to these areas soon.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@boomhomemedical.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & WARRANTIES

We’re sorry to hear you don't love your Boom Home Medical products. But don’t worry. All returnable items can be sent back for a full refund. Get started with a return or exchange by contacting us at support@boomhomemedical.com.

A refund will be issued once we’ve received your returned items and they have been processed at our warehouse. You will receive a reimbursement notification email with the details of your refund at that time. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable.

Unfortunately, because of the types of products we sell, we cannot accept exchanges. We encourage you to return the original item and go to boomhomemedical.com to purchase the correct item in a new order.

Our Loona urinals come with a one-year replacement guarantee and there’s no need to make a warranty claim. If your Loona cracks or breaks in the first year of regular use (which it shouldn’t), simply contact us at support@boomhomemedical.com and we’ll replace it free of charge.
