Flourish underpads are designed to be used anywhere in your home where you spend time. Beds and upholstered chairs and sofas are among the most common places people use them, but Flourish pads are perfect for any surface you want to protect from bladder leaks, including the seat of your car or wheelchairs.
The number of incontinence pads you need to put down on your bed depends on the amount of urine leakage that you typically experience. Although Flourish pads can absorb up to 30 ounces of liquid, some people lose more than that over the course of a night in which case putting down two pads—one on top of the other— or having an additional safeguard in place (for example, wearing an adult diaper) is generally a good idea.

However, sometimes (and often unexpectedly), liners aren’t enough and having an incontinence pad in place saves the day.
Ideally, incontinence pads are changed whenever they become wet. Changing pads regularly helps keep your skin dry and prevents it from redness and irritation. Because it’s difficult to change pads at night, they can generally be left in place until morning. However, if you tend to lose a lot of urine while you sleep, consider wearing an adult diaper to bed to ensure you’re
